Pros

Flexible work environment. good products and service to sell. They would give you very good product back up to use as leverage against competition.

Cons

The pay on commission was horrible. It was not easy to make money and you really have no idea how much you are making.

Pros

The people you meet and get to work side by side with. Commision percentage on sales is better than most. Bonuses when you get them are great.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, you do the job of 3 people at once and corporate managers don't understand what it actually takes on the front lines. By stream lining processes they are throwing customers out the window and making the associates pay for it. Almost never allowed to take time off, when you take it off you must have your work phone with you.
