Management will micromanage you & call you 2-3x day for daily sales. Beware that the hiring office is usually a service office & not a sales office. They will tell you you will be working out of there but forget to tell you 1x a week attendance sales meeting in North Shore office is mandatory. They also expect you to work every Saturday and do call sessions 2x a week from 6-8pm. In addition, they will verbally hire you at 1 number but the paycheck will be short since nothing was ever put in writing. The 1st 90 days are a guaranteed salary then its 100% commission. You will be expected to sell 15-20k of non pest products for 1st 3 mos until official bug season starts in May or so. Average sale is approx $850 with 15-20% commiss..just do the math & you will figure it out you will need to work 7 days a week around the clock. Benefits start at 90 days.
