Dishonest corporate leadership. All of the constant changes have driven the local management to the point they do not care anymore. It is hard to believe how much this company has gone downhill in the last year. I am glad to be away from the culture of corporate pressure to sale existing customers things they do not need which drives cancellations and poor branch moral

Constantly changing schedule. Upper management make decisions based on trying to correct their prior wrong decisions that just make it worse. Zero respect from anyone higher than your supervisor. No chance to move up as we all make more than our boss.
