micromanagemnt, very strict on adherence like if you pause calls to use the BR outside of scheduled breaks.

$15 hr. bi-weekly pay. monthly bonuses. great training. enjoyed the team. OT available.

Cons

extremely high call volume (during covid). not enough workers. management micromanaged. very strict about adherence. (not pausing calls outside of scheduled breaks)
