Pros
My team: Technicians, Salespeople, Managers - they're all awesome. Everyone really cares about taking care of the customer. Compensation plan is fair, bonus potential is high and difficult to attain (High standards).
Cons
Training for folks new to the industry - especially in the management role - is improving from when I joined 1.5 years ago, but still needs refining. Folks seeking "work/life balance" will likely have a hard time succeeding here. But if you're career-focused, trying to advance and grow, there's almost unlimited potential with Terminix. We love to promote from within. Lots of our senior leadership started in field technician or sales roles. That's inspiring to me!
