Cons

Competitive and overhead departments are not working as a team. They tend to point fingers at each other. There is a big gap in management and non-engineer employees in compensation and discrimination.

Supportive coworkers on immediate teams, good day-to-day atmosphere, fully stocked kitchen, and occasional company lunches.

Cons

Career growth is very limited for employees who join at lower-level positions. Advancement seems to be much more accessible for senior-level employees and above. If you come in at a lower level, it can be very difficult to move up, and compensation may fall behind the market over time. This seems to contribute to turnover in some departments
