Pros

The people and the culture make it a great place to work. It's the top dealer in the Triad because the employees are given an opportunity to grow to full potential, and rewarded well. Management follows the Hendrick model and actually practices servant leadership. Absolutely the best company I have worked for.

Cons

Can't think of any negatives.

Pros

The pay is great, from what I know about pay plans for my department in this field, this is best one I've ever seen or heard about in my 12 years in the business. The benefits are amazing, from the insurance and retirement plans, to the vacation and sick/personal time. All of the leaders and managers here are very approachable, very likeable, and very helpful to work with.

Cons

Honestly can't think of any cons. I have nothing bad to say about my place of work.

I really can not think of any Cons. I have worked for 3 dealerships and by far we have the best communication of any i have worked at.
