      Pros

      Great sense of "family environment". Friendly co-workers and helpful managers. And that is about the only good things.

      Cons

      Alot of hours but it is the car business 55+ a week. Minimal pay probably making less than minimum wage with the amount of hours do to commission structure. Also be prepared to be micro-managed at all times of the day.
