Pros

Salary was quite good, benefits as well

Cons

Lack of flexibility, during my interviews, it was agreed that I would have 2 days WFH, however, when I started, my hiring manager denied it, talked to HR and they supported me by talking with my manager, but it didn't change, the expectations of my hiring manager and his manager were to start my day at 8 am and finish at 7-8pm, which happened already in my 1st week in the job, during these over time sesions, I also witnessed my manager calling peers after job hours requesting documents and asking questions, once i got sick and requested a permission to continue my trainings on my home which was accepted, after that, I received a call from my hiring manager and his boss to talk about "the great medical facilities we got in the office" and that I should speed things up with the trainings, even though they didn't allow me to stay focused on my computer as ofter and I would wish, therefore, the expectation was for me to complete these trainings on my non working hours, on my 2nd week in the job I witnessed how a peer that was being trained on different activities was getting shout at due to delivering something with an error, even though he was getting trained, as a summary, these are the red flags on this company: -over time culture -expect calls after work hours from managers / peers -0 flexibility -Agreements made during interviews might not be met after getting the job *try to get these agreements written in the contract if possible* -Unhealthy environment, managers shouting to their direct reports -big generational gap between managers and employees which ends up being unflexible and frustrating to new employees unless its their first job and therefore, made with that culture
