Great Benefits and bonuses, nice match for 401k plus bonus early, college reimbursement and nice starting pay.

Cons

Micro managed and no option for working from home. Training for all departments not related to current position. Training not specific for position and no assistance from management or fellow colleagues. NO Teamwork and no accountability.

Pros

It is an awesome company with an awesome mission. Most of the people are positive and knowledgeable, and they really care about what they are doing. Just coming out of a consent decree and it has been a very stressful time, but I believe we will be better and stronger for it. CEO is a hard working wonderful person who knows his stuff. I fear he doesn't always get the full story from his staff though.

Cons

Some of the management need to step up and make some decisions. They tend to leave their projects in disarray due to their indecisiveness. Some of the in-fighting between mid level management Prima Donnas can be quite annoying because it can get in the way of what needs to be done.
