      Pros

      Es un buen lugar de entrada para adquirir conocimiento valioso acerca de la industria médica y manufacturera. Pero definitivamente no es un lugar para quedarse.

      Cons

      No hay desarrollo profesional dentro de la empresa, es muy difícil que te suban de puesto o te ofrezcan oportunidades de crecimiento. Además, en mi caso pasé por varias situaciones injustas y nunca le dieron importancia desde Jefatura hasta Recursos Humanos.

      Enjoyed the job itself, a lot of great coworkers, good benefits, opportunity for double time pay

      Cons

      Could be great but sadly it's a very toxic work environment!!! Not just certain departments either but overall. I've never worked in such a unhealthy atmosphere. Sexism towards women is also an issue. Also imo Mike W. needs to be brought of his high horse. It's obvious he is on a power trip and has no social decorum. He's condescending, disrespectful and could care less about what employees have to say. His own agenda seems to be his focus. He blatantly showed favoritism. Good benefits but pay could be better. Horrible communication between superiors
