Pros

Complete Autonomy , as long as you over deliver on your MBO's, clinical team doesn't answer to sales team. The competitive culture made me bring my A game every single minute of tenure

Cons

Very conservative culture, leadership doesn't tap abundantly talented clinical team , most of whom have tight long-term KOL relationships. Sales team doesn't use clinical specialists half as effectively as they could and that may be due to fear of spotlight on FCS clinical excellence. Being more of a team (which happened for me and many TMs in my region) results in a comradority noticed by customer and resulting in growing existing revenue and new business.
