      Pros

      Nice work environment, dedicated employees, supportive team.

      Cons

      Struggling management, changing priorities and not following at all the Japanese culture of retaining good employees, resulting in high turnover rate, loss of credibility and loss of acquired expertise.

      Great people, great culture! Fun place to work at.

      Cons

      You could get overlooked for a promotion if you weren't on the top of the list of the upper management. Your projects and skills were overlooked, rather relationships were given preference when it came to promotions

      Pros

      - Laid-back environment - No micromanagement, a lot of freedom to learn - This will depend on team, but people are willing to help you and answer questions - Provide housing and relocation reimbursement - Good place to ease yourself into learning software development life cycle - Co-op program recruits tons

      Cons

      - Housing is a bit of a commute (mine was ~ 30-40 min one way) - Management is very lax so you need to make initiative to get work if you haven't - Some technology is archaic, but they are transitioning to mobile platforms
