Pros

good health benefits, important products, nice people middle management and below

Cons

senior management is an old boys club. no worklife balance, "shared service" functions grossly understaffed. senior management waits until workload is so backlogged that no amount of nights and weekends will make a dent before even considering a supervisors request to add a headcount. a lot of poor attitude and frustration among all levels of elkton that would have been completely avoidable if senior management actually bothered to plan and lead

Pros

Great Benefits and bonuses, nice match for 401k plus bonus early, college reimbursement and nice starting pay.

Cons

Micro managed and no option for working from home. Training for all departments not related to current position. Training not specific for position and no assistance from management or fellow colleagues. NO Teamwork and no accountability.

Pros

Great benefits, 401k match, and somewhat laid back if you're in the right department.

Cons

Very political and uptight. A lot of tension throughout.
