Pros

Nice people who are always willing to support you. Payment is nice for recent graduates, perks are good for a Japanese company but I don't have any other company to benchmark against since it was my first job.

Cons

Slow-paced, it's a good company so nobody moves, hence it's hard for you to move to other positions and learn new things. Mindset is very Japanese even though top management wants to go international and open - they only attract the ones that are more conformant to Japanese norms. If you want to get stable and settle then it's good. If you're young and want to grow - probably do your research really well first.
