Pros

Company actively seeking employee satisfaction, interesting projects available. Employees given a chance to contribute positively and engage with overall department work, not just executing orders.

Cons

Low levels of ambition and of professionalism, provincially-minded mentality, even though company has been bought by larger corporation.

Pros

they do have good benefits.

Cons

Human resources is never around when you need them and then they don't do much to help you with whatever you need them for. Management is a joke. They have a quality policy that they ram down our throats but when the quantity of parts are not out the door that policy is out the door. They do not take the employees into consideration they management is out for themselves. They try not to spend money on things that need replaced that way they get the big bonus for saving the company so much money. Management complains about all the overtime that the company puts out but yet when parts are put out the door with questionable issues that mean rework and it is always the same people. It is not what you know but who you know. If you are tight with the supervisor you will climb the ladder and have the better paying job plus all the overtime you want. It doesn't matter how long a person has been with the company and it doesn't matter how much you go above and beyond to help the company out if you are not one of the privileged ones you get no where.
