Pros

Your in the loop of helping others within the medical field.

Cons

Poor management, supervision, and leadership. Associates that has been with the company 10+ years doesn't have the right to seniority. No social life.

Pros

Very friendly people to work with. People willing to help each other. Good benefits and management is straight forward and honest. I am glad I decided to join the company. No regrets.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long but this is because the company is going through a transition time due to recently being acquired by Terumo Corporation. But the boss doesn't mind you taking time off to offset the long hours

Pros

Good people, but nothing else to say after all new VPs took control few years ago.

Cons

After all VPs took control, increased turnover and they are afraid what Terumo will said about. Too many internal issues, customer complains increasing and more CAPAs than ever. Heavy work load. Current salaries employees work long hours. Projects take too long to be completed. But I believe this will be fixed when they outsource the manufacturing to Costa Rica..
