Pros

Terumo puts a lot of focus on employee moral, and continually strives to raise and maintain moral levels. Room for advancement if you desire that.

Cons

There wasn't much that I disliked about Terumo, however there were several occasions when I went to work only to be told that the following day my shift was changing.

Pros

The company cares about the work they do and their employees. I enjoy working in the medical industry and I am proud to be a part of Terumo. I am able to get up each morning and know that I am helping save lives. Everyone at Terumo is in some way contributing to the design, manufacture and/or distribution of our products. There is a good work/life balance and I feel a sense of loyalty to the company as they have treated me well since I have been here. The sense of community that has arose around the high-stress times both within the company and economically.

Cons

The few employees who work against the grain of change towards better quality and process.
