Inconsistent management — in some departments the pressure is very high and managers can be unfair, which affects staff morale. Poor communication and lack of support. Employees are sometimes expected to do more than their role without extra pay.

Toxic work environment. Everybody's for themselves and each of them has to suck up to the boss to get a promotion or a raise. Every move is monitored by a workmate who has to suck up to someone to get a special attention or special treatment. Lowballs the hell out of you. They ask for your expected salary then would negotiate to lower it down then gives you a totally different and much lower salary. Full of labor code violations. Lucky for them they get to give hush money but DOLE ought to give them a visit.
