Pros

Work is fairly easy and once you get going it can be fun. Great pay with extra benefits too if you're fond of them. Usually other staff are generally friendly and willing to help as well if you're new/struggling.

Cons

85% minimum target after 8 week probation is a bit ridiculous. Nearly everyone who was new to the DC during induction had either quit early or were not able to meet this target. Only those who had worked here previously managed to become permanent, otherwise you got laid off. Sometimes other staff are also a bit impatient and rude because of the target requirements, just a part of the job to be fair.
