Pros

This company has very good working environment with support from senior management and your direct manager as well, have full access to open source env to explore and bring good stuffs for the company, they promote open source culture rather going for a tool or something.

Cons

Some of the teams are working on too old tech stack and not convinced to migrate as well

Over the last several years we were working remotely and performing better with each year, This year the higher management decided to enforce 3 mandatory office days per week (previously 2, but not enforced). There are a lot of people that work from outside of Budapest but Tesco doesn't have any offices there. Why hire people from great distance and then force them to come into the office 3 times a week? They are constantly asking your opinion, yet don't care about it when you have a negative feedback. In fact, we were told to not give any negative feedback because higher management doesn't like it. Absolutely atrocious higher management.
