Pros

I dont know and haven't seen any.

Cons

They will recruit you at campus and then later they will keep on increasing your joining date. They haven't paid to their security guard for last 6 months so you can understand.

Pros

Good money , You will get paid timely and can easily make more money than any developer with similar number of years of experience . You get a lot of exposure dealing with seasoned staffing professionals, US clients etc which I think is not that common in IT companies. The appraisals are BLACK and WHITE , if you have the numbers by your side you WILL get what your deserve

Cons

Nothing much. but need to look on some policy.
