Fantastic place to work if you are single and ambitious. The long hours are rewarded with lots ability to learn, responsibility, and very good pay for experience level. Not a great place if you want an easy, low stress, 9-5 paycheck.

Cons

Long hours, Almost annual mass layoffs, stressful and tight deadline projects.

I remember some rooms didn't have fans until a pregnant friend of mine passed out and needed to go to the hospital. Very telling of the work environment.
