Pros
-WFH -Good benefits: stock plan, great health insurance, -Tesla discount on any model
Cons
-Internal growth is slow, favoritism, and internal interview process is not very good. Some people don't even know the structure of the interview or interviewers themselves are misinformed. -Lots of changes at the last possible minute and expected to adapt even faster. Personally, this doesn't bother me but is a running theme for a lot of people. -Can get mundane doing the work sometimes. -For some reason most upper management urges people to come in and work in office. Hello? There is a pandemic going on. Most people WFH can operate just fine for this type of work.
