      Awesome place to work, if it's the right place for you

      Pros

      Tesla is by far one of the coolest places to work. No shortage of crazy engineering going on to be a part of. Very open and friendly culture for the most part.

      Cons

      Timelines and schedules are VERY tight, expect long hours. Also benefits and perks at work aren't great. Cereal and Soda is free, and about once a month they bring a couple kegs. It can be a pain dealing with some of the administrative groups who selectively don't do their jobs when needed.

      Pros

      Rapid advancement possible if you exceed targets/goals. Generally everyone at the company is truly excited by the mission and doesn't mind working until the job is done.

      Cons

      Quality of life/work balance on the sales side is tough, but manageable. If you don't expect this working in sales in a startup culture go look for another job!

      Young growing company with many ways to make a difference.

      Cons

      Pay is suffocating. Very industrial revolution style work and management: same task over and over--people are just bodies to push buttons.
