Gave me opportunities I would not otherwise have had at other companies due to lack of formal education. There are some great leaders here

Cons

Upper upper management seems to always make a lot of last minute panic decisions that us in the lower ranks have to suffer through making it work. If your salaried you will be skipped on raises and bonuses and overall appreciation events as you continuously watch hourly employees enjoy lots of it.

Leadership is poor and on a constant rotating basis Lack of training for those newly onboarded Lack of progression in the Sales/Service/Delivery Department You will be constantly pivoting from sales and delivery to service in an endless loop as one area is overfocused and the other neglected You will feel underpaid because the more you learn the more work and less people are available to support you with the workload
