      They have decent office spaces with free coffee.

      They don’t pay you hardly at all and there is no growth opportunity

      Sales advisor that does zero sales

      Pros

      Good benefits and stock options used to be a good incentive if you got in early enough (they give you very little now)

      Cons

      Started off in sales and ended up doing everything but sales. They gave you work in whatever department needs helps. You could be assisting the service team one day for example, and the next day your supper the operations team. Very unorganized and don’t appreciate their employees anymore. Very hard to progress, they would rather hire from within.

      Pros

      The pay was ok and the people in the factory were nice.

      Cons

      Management is the worst form of micromanaging from the top down. They don't care about anything other than arbitrary numbers and their turnover rate was abysmal because they don't look at employees as people.
