You are always asked to go above and beyond “because you get paid good” but that only lasts for so long. Don’t expect a raise, don’t expect assistance with any questions you may have about work. This includes benefits questions, training questions, where anything is on site, literally anything you can think of. Nobody has an answer. The only thing you will get is slightly better pay than what you were making at your previous job. The expectation starting from the bottom are extremely high, but from the top down you get the bottom of the barrel. Answer my question now but when you have questions we will (never) get back to you on that. This job would be top tier if the same was expected from everyone. We can even go back to elementary “treat others the way you want to be treated”
