      Pros

      Tesla has really great benefits, most of the health insurance you can get for $0. The pay is decent. If you work for them for over a year you get 7 weeks paid child-bonding leave for fathers.

      Cons

      I've been in the same role for about 2 years now, applied internally to about 30 jobs, and have had 0 offers. Internal mobility at Tesla is harder than people say it is. Work/life balance is terrible, my schedule has changed about 7-10 times in the two years I've been here.
