Pros

They pay you somewhat ok.

Cons

This place is full of discrimination and retaliation with a bunch of power intoxicated managers. If you go to HR you will just get doxed and treated worse. People in charge don’t even know what they are doing.

Casual dress code (even face tattoos and sweatpants are fine) Good benefits Great social life, lots of fun young people The job itself is interesting and easy if you are good at video games or software

Cons

Poor management that creates confusion and frustration Poor planning and execution Poor office environment (dirty, no sunlight, loud construction noises, crowded) Very few areas to relax or have meetings Fast turnover rate No professional development available (workshops, classes, conferences) Raises only once a year and not guaranteed

Chaos. Chaos. Chaos.

Pros

- RSU - Brand name company

Cons

- Complete Chaos. In talent sourcing, there is no process for how requisitions are distributed. Recruiters will bombard you with reqs and when you tell your superior, the response is, "Tell me how you would like me to address this". This isn't management. - Zero discussion on career growth, goals, etc. Never came up once in my 2+ years - They only talk about the stock price since there is no other positive topic about the company - Confusion around coming into the office. - Recruiting "Managers" are really just individual contributors with manager titles. They literally do the exact same role as recruiters and sourcers. They don't implement process or mitigate issues. - everyday something chaotic happens. roles that you've been sourcing for weeks and been told are a priority are all of sudden not a priority or eliminated all together. - no KPI's. None. How do they determine top performers. no one knows... - PTO is "flexible" but not encouraged at all! - Managers do not take criticism well.
