      None, they ran the company the bought out of business.

      Cons

      Bought out company within a year had to lay off 50% of workers after 2 years everyone was let go.

      Management moves up who THEY want to move up. Added workload for same amount of pay, they just want you to pump out cars Broken promises made by management, typical corporate politics. BS excuses and lack of urgency to promote internally or give raises to hard workers. You end up getting "stuck" in your position if you're good at what you do, so no chance of internal growth if you're a hard worker. You're not allowed to work on your own personal vehicle inside the shop, even after hours. As a vehicle readiness specialist, you feel invisible to management. You're just seen as a car wash guy.
