Pros
Surround yourself by incredible people, hard workers, inspiring. Its like they brought the A players of many other companies and made them all work together. Pay is great.
Cons
There is too much politics however and changes in direction are at times too impactful to the day-to-day productivity, general feel of job security and creates an unstable work environment where you then create people that want to keep their job or get ahead at all costs.
