good pay and benefits but that's pretty much it
Pros
the pay is pretty good for the area and the benefits are great, bonuses too.
Cons
upper management is terrible, they care very little about the quality and care people put in to their work. People often treat that factory like its high school instead of working people get carried away talking to one another carrying conversations gossiping about others, spreading rumors, youngsters are constantly on their phones instead of working, Leads and sups are also often clueless about their work areas as well and don't really care if the associates do a good job. How Tesla keep's selling cars is beyond me. There's even sups that should've never been sups to begin with, holding leads back from applying to be sups, and AM's that play favorites. If you still want to work after reading this by all means.
