      Tesla is a great company to get up to speed in a cool and innovative industry.

      Cons

      it grew to fast and therefore colleagues don't know each other. That makes the culture quite individual.

      Cons

      Terrible management, promised raises that never came, major safety issues. The reviewing process was a joke, after year and a half I received a $.50 raise after a stellar review.

      It is very good money, The people there are nice. Thy mainly just want people who will show up to work on time everyday.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism and you can notice it from the jump. The supervisor has no backbone and all you have to do is rebel to get your way.
