      Pros

      Great people alongside you in your team. Great benefits in the form of stock plans and good extra percentage due to working shifts. Well located as well, easy to get to the job no matter where in North Stockholm you´re living. A workplace where you truly will have a good time no matter what. Amazing technologies to work and learn with, fantastic products.

      Cons

      Responsibilities over locations which aren´t your home base and also no extra pay for such. Long hours, expected to work far more than your regular 9-5. The management have no idea on how you should advance, no concrete plan for what to do to advance in your role. Communication within the different departments are severely lacking.

      Pros

      Great workplace atmosphere. Everyone truly believes in company mission and work hard together towards that goal. Employee stock plan has huge potential. Can learn a lot customer service and organization skills. Great experience on resume. Constant changes within company means many potential career path.

      Cons

      Very fast pace environment that has constant change. Everyone is always busy dealing with their own things and may lack responsive support on the job. This job is intense and whoever join the company need to be able to learn and adapt fast independently. Not everyone has the same output and capabilities. This means you have to go above and beyond sometimes to get things done. And the effort sometimes may not been seen. CEO is a true business man who is super result driven and doesn't have much empathy. This style reflects heavily on their customer support and employee retention management.
