Business Outlook
Pros
Located away from downtown location in the suburbs of York Region. Great bosses, supervisors, and co-workers. A bit on the lower end of engineering internship pay, but in my opinion, it was fair the responsibilities given to me. Possible remote work depending on your team and responsibilities. Small subsidiary company to Tesla, will be required to reach out to other teams for communication and problem solving purposes. The projects are an amazing sight to see once they come to life.
Cons
Like most manufacturing, engineering, assembly companies, some days can be slow due to problems with supply chain or slow shipments. It is part of your job to still find ways to be productive or reduce bottle necks of previous/future tasks.
