Pros
You get to learn and educate others on the wonderful mission that is Tesla. Driving the cars is so much fun.
Cons
The commission structure is a little funky and there are some loopholes that make for a sometimes competitive and aggressive environment--especially at the end of the quarter. Base pay is too low for a college graduate. They also over promise when you are hired that there will be room for growth. If you start in a showroom, it is very hard to get out of sales.
