- Easy-going job at first before Elon joined DOGE - Decent pay. - Friendly co-workers. - You can get a good paycheck if you work hard and do OTs. - You can transfer to a better team if you work hard and make connections.
Cons
- Inflexible work schedule. - Work hours can go up and down depending on the business's needs. - Parking at the Fremont factory is terrible; you have to wait for the people from the previous shift to leave first, then you fight with other people for the parking spot. - The air quality in the factory can be bad because of the dust from the wheels of the cars, oils, and metals, so it's not a healthy place to work long-term. - Favoritism, supervisors, and managers can be unfair to their members. - It's a labor job. - The company is not doing well because of one CEO.
