-company is open to change and takes ideas from anywhere -a lot of smart people work here and its great to work with those people -There is opportunities for internal mobility -The benefits are amazing
Cons
-the pay is not competitive as they heavily way stock to have a competitive salary -the layoffs are brutal. No human element to them at all. -There is no diversity in management -The work life balance doesn't exist here
