Bad behavior is somehow rewarded at this company. The lack of emotional intelligence in leadership breeds abuse of power, gaslighting, bullying, retaliation, harassment which is rampant and from my experience absolutely intentional. Not everyone in leadership is like this but you will find more bad than good here. You will find scenario after scenario where young and incompetent leadership have access to highly intelligent and experience subordinates - this is by design. This company will show you what you are actually made of since integrity and character are not rewarded. I watched several individuals who thought they had integrity use willful ignorance as an 'out' bc it was the easy thing to do and out of paranoia and fear it was the only thing they thought they could do.
