It is a pay check and thats all.

Cons

No respect for hourly workers. Lots of back stabbing. This company is about taking advantage of the disabled for profit. High turn over rate. 20+ fired in less then 3 years.

Nice people, the work is very rewarding, the mission is very admirable and is consistently referred to. The culture is very positive and welcoming, it's consistent across all of the contracts.

The working hours are good but there is nothing else good to say about this company.

Cons

Management is not good. They are not fair and don’t treat all employees the same. They put people in positions that have made plenty of mistake and still nothing happens too them.
