Pros

Culture of Autonomy: Leadership actually trusts you to do your job. There isn’t a culture of micromanagement, which allows for a lot of creative problem-solving. Professional Development: They offer a generous annual stipend for certifications and conferences. I’ve genuinely leveled up my skill set since joining. Work-Life Balance: Unlimited PTO that people actually use. Management leads by example here; they don't email you on weekends, and they encourage "unplugging" during vacations. The People: Easily the best part. Smart, humble, and collaborative. It’s a very "no egos" environment where even the C-suite is approachable for a coffee chat.

Cons

Scaling Pains: Because the company is growing so fast, some internal processes (like onboarding or cross-department documentation) can feel a bit "build the plane while flying it." Meeting Fatigue: Some days are heavy on Zoom calls. There’s a push for "No-Meeting Wednesdays," but it hasn't quite stuck across every department yet. Benefits Parity: While the health insurance is top-tier, the 4K matching could be a bit more competitive compared to other tech firms of this size.
