If you have nothing to do and got that call, go. if you have ambitions of future then you'll find soon how your dreams will be killed.

Cons

1)Management doesn't know what they are doing 2) inexperienced managers, counselors 3)They don't respect juniors trainers and do a lot of dirty politics 4) Working hours are 10. Seriously plus you'll get shifts like morning 7-9 then 12-2 then 3-4 then evening 7-9 so get ready to say goodbye to personal space and time
