Test yantra have a sub unit called techno Elevate (development unit) . please don't join to this techno Elevate as well as test yantra because this not a software solutions it's a purely consultancy even consultancy is far better than this company. This is a company with a huge salary issue. This company playing with fresher's carrer. I never seen this kind of worst company ever.And please don't give your original MARKSCARD to them.they take a advantage and blackmailing every freshers. Management is worst Development head is worst Reporting manager is worst Overall management people are NOT supportive to the employees

I am going to list here some. 1.No salary on time. 2.Worst management 3.You have to buyout your experience letter with three months of your salary. 4.They used to think they are the boss and employees are there servents. My Suggestion:-Dnt Join this organisation. And all the folks who are writing good about this trust me they are paid guys.

Cons

No payment on time, Hires fake experienced employees at work, 3 months compulsory trap notice period, No F & F even after 3 months of resignation, Unresponsive HR team and No salary hike no matter what how many years you work here
