There is no single good reason to work at testyantra.

Cons

Testyantra is not a good organization to work.i can give n number of reasons,but I like to give few important things: 1.No rules and regulations 2. Salary will never ever happen on time. 3.they do not know how treat their employees. 4.one of the worst part is HR. They will never response back to employees. 5.if you asked for increment,next moment only they will remove that person. 6.US team is one of the worst part and the team leader and manager related to US team is another worst part. 7.totally worst environment.

Fake compny.delhi NCR thy don't have test yantra.. Only training institute. H r department is fill with uneducated and stupid people.no coordination of management and employee

1. FAKE promises while joining. 2. No respect for the Employees 3. No Faith on the Employees 4. Keep the Original Certificates 5. Do not expect salary on Time 6. No Allowances 7. No Hike 8. Provides Fake experience of the candidates to the Clients 9. They take only beautiful girls 10. Unprofessional Manager 11. No Safe for girl. Manager ask for date with them. Please do not join. 12. Manager interested on girl personal matter they have boyfriend or not
