Pros

Good for freshers to start a career but not to stay here

Cons

No growth, No help desk support No salary on time No appresal, no hike HR will not respond you only Detection from Salary after final settlement without reason and lop and after will keep writing mail ...there is no response from them

Pros

Worst company, you should beg for hike and will pay salary always late, keep sending for different client places and make business from people, they don't understand about your traveling expenses think only about their business

Cons

Finally when you are leaving company, they will convince lot say not to go for business sake and revenge on employees after leaving and give negative feedback about you, after taking business from us sending for different client places, they are not satisfied greedy people, working here was like hell bad experience, many of my friends didn't get experience letter also

Pros

Worst experience with test yantra . If you are experience. they will daily call you and after hiring they treat in worst way what they can . if you are on client place . they will not pick up yours call . leaving this company is so tough . you have to buy out ( pay 3 months salary and after that they will releasing like 1-2 lacs ). if you ready to serving notice period they will not give full and final 3 months salary. they changed company polices according to person. highly suggest DO NOT JOIN this company.
