Pros

I have been working here for an year now. Great support from the senior management. They support and guide at every stage. One of the few companies where if you do a mistake, they guide you on how to correct it instead of scolding.

Cons

There are no Cons serious enough to disturb your professional growth. Best place for growth in software testing.

I have been working with Test Yantra for more than 5 years and it has given an wonderful opportunity to grow in my Testing career. I have been given the fullest opportunity to explore new business areas catering to the needs of the customers which in-turn helped to grow in my career and also to gain abundant knowledge technical wise and as well as business wise. I strongly recommend, Test Yantra is the best company for any individual to grow in the Testing career.

Every organization have it's own pros and cons but with the given constraints, the company is doing very well compared to any other Testing organization

On completion of 5 years with Test Yantra, I feel so honored to be a part of this organization. It’s been amazing experience working with Test Yantra. I am humbled and grateful to work with people who challenged me every day to be better either by their coaching or feedback. I will always be thankful to the people who believed in me and gave me this opportunity to grow, not only within the company but also as a person. I have been given freedom to balance my home and working life.
