The only pro is that you have a job. That's it.
Cons
1. The CEO himself will try to lure you with his sweet words and try to hire you from Qspiders. Being a fresher, many make a mistake of joining without any prior knowledge. 2. They will deploy you to projects with fake experience to have higher profit margins hence making you less paid to your work. 3. If on bench, no salary will be credited to your account. 4. The HR management is the worst. They tell you one thing, do another. Full of lies.
