As a Fresher it is the best place to get Explore to the software field. If any new Technology comes in market, this is one of the company to Update itself and we will work on it. Get more Projects to work as a beginner. We will Feel Free to Ask any Doubts on work and get it clarified.

Cons

There is no disadvantage but few i can say but it will not effect anything for us. NO CAB Facility. No Canteen.
