Pros

Good base pay and good product but nothing else

Cons

So this company made me study for months and pass multiple tests and interviews then when I was offered the job they waited until 3 days before I was to start to give me a contract that wasn’t even signed. They didn’t even allow me to give a two weeks notice to my employer. As soon as I start I find out the manager that hired me quit and that the product I spent months learning was changed. They provided 0 training and I was let go in a couple weeks. And since I wasn’t allowed to give my last employer 2 weeks notice I burned my bridge there and was not able to go back. They even charged me for a month of health insurance but never put me on the plan or payed me back. These people are the SCUM OF THE EARTH. STAY AWAY!!! I really wanted to like them because the product is good but they are trash.

Pros

The *potential* to make a lot of money is there… but that’s if management decides to pay you what they say they will. Every time the sales team crushes it, they decide to change the comp structure to make sure they get paid less.

Cons

Where do I start? The job and company were sketchy from the beginning. Anyone that goes through the interview process or “training” will tell you the same. First of all, you aren’t offered a job until you complete the training so keep that in mind. And once you finish the training, still be aware that they could change their mind in the first couple of weeks and fire you with no notice or help to get you better at the job. But wait! You’re still not in the clear. They don’t give you metrics to hit so one person could tell you you’re doing great and then BAM! You’re fired too. Just ask how many people they’ve hired and fired in the last 6-10 months. A turnover of 30 sales associates when the whole company is made up of less than 50 employees is astonishing. And it looks like they’re hiring more now. I woke up every morning not knowing if I would have a job or not. Hell, I woke up one morning not being paid on time! I would stay as far away from this place as possible.
